Daubeney Cottage is an attractive Grade II listed holiday cottage for two. With central heating, broadband and a woodburning stove the cottage is perfect for a holiday all year round.
The cottage has been imaginatively converted from redundant farm buildings. Being a single storey, there are no stairs to climb to bed. Inside there is a large open plan living area with reclaimed wooden flooring and original features.
Well equipped with comfortable seating, TV with freeview, DVD, CD player and broadband. Kitchen area with range of units, under counter cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. Victorian pine table with seating for 4. Passageway to spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden, with wardrobe, antique chest of drawers and king size bed. Door to garden. Separate bathroom with bath, over bath shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Outside private, walled garden with seating and BBQ. Parking directly outside. Washing machine and tumble drier available. Up to 2 dogs welcome.

Daubeney Hall Farm overlooks the beautiful and unspoilt countryside of The Glaven Valley.
Sharrington is a quiet rural village three miles from Holt and is an ideal base to explore the countryside of North Norfolk with Cley, Morston and Blakeney a short distance away. Wells, Sheringham, Holkham and Burnham Market are also within easy driving distance.
There are several good places to eat locally including the award winning farm shop and cafe "Back to The Garden", The King's Head at Letheringsett and The Hunny Bell at Hunworth.
The Georgian town of Holt, with excellent shopping and places to eat is three miles away. There are monthly Farmers markets in Fakenham and Holt and a weekly market and auction in Fakenham.
The area, with quiet country lanes and unspoilt villages is especially suited to those who enjoy walking, cycling (cycles can be hired locally) and bird watching.
Other local attractions include Seal Trips at Morston, Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park, Thursford Steam Museum and The North Norfolk Steam Railway.
The city of Norwich, with its Norman Castle, two cathedrals and two shopping centres, Castle Mall & Chapelfield, is within easy reach.
